In 2015, my partner, Maria Pretzl, and myself decided to start a business that combined our love for film and theater. Traveling Lemur Productions specializes in promotional videos for professional theater companies. Our clients include (but are not limited to) First Stage, Skylight Music Theatre, Renaissance Theaterworks, Next Act Theater, Milwaukee Opera Theatre, Florentine Opera Co, Milwaukee Chamber Theatre, and The Laughing Tap. I designed our logo in 2015, about a year before I decided to go back to school to get a bachelor’s in graphic design. In my last semester of the program, I thought it was long overdue for a redesign. The new wordmark is inspired by classic golden-era Hollywood film typography.

With a new design, comes new business cards! These cards were designed with our new word mark. I also created stationary. We don’t used stationary very much, but it’s good to have in case we need it.

Do we have a production van? No. Would we like one? Of course! If ever we have the means to buy a production van, I’ve got this vehicle design waiting in the wings.
